Meet Anna

With a heart of gold and so much love and care for not only her friends and family, but all grieving young adults, Anna is a delight. She is a role model for those who have lost a loved one, especially a sibling, for she is one of the creators of the group, Helping Siblings Heal.
Anna likes to keep her friend group small and close.
Being so close, some of her friends experienced their own grief, which at the time was difficult.
After the passing of her brother, her small group of friends got even closer.
Has Anna's definition of friendship changed throughout her experience?

Anna sometimes finds herself in states of unprovoked anxiety, which has been a complication in her current relationship.
While this has been a struggle for the two of them, they have not only learned how to fix it, but also grow together from it.
Understanding that it is hard for any partner of someone that is grieving, Anna knows that there are ways to make things better.
The best thing Anna's friends did for her was being there for her worst moments, even when she didn't think she wanted them there.
Although her friends sought her out during these moments, looking back Anna wishes she started the conversation.
What bothered Anna the most is when people would disregard her grief in the situation, and avoid the topic of her brother.
